Making Tag the Droid (Carlo Macchiavello)

Here is a cool animation showing how Tag was constructed by one of our CG artists.  Yeah, the time lapse is kind of fast, but any slower would be a much longer video.  :)

 
Shuttle Flyby (Will Harrison)

Here's the motion test animation for scene 47, where Reylin's shuttle flies towards to nice space battle in the film.  The space battle stuff isn't in here, it's just a motion test, but the SSD is in here to give scaling reference.

 
Master Ostar Dialog Test (Daniel Dolby)

Here is a test of the animation of Jedi Master Ostar.  Rough draft.  Still getting the details squared away.  But something to chew on.  :)

In an effort to teach myself 3DSMax, considering at the time I thought I might have to animate this whole film myself, I made this as the opening sequence for the film.  A much better version of it is being made by someone much better than I am, but still, not too bad for teaching myself this in 3 weeks of random available time.  :)
