A Word from the Writer/Director...

OUR FIRST COMPLETED SCENE

RELEASED 10-15-08

EVAN'S NIGHTMARE

I am happy to release the first completed scene from the film.  CG work, modeling and compositing  continues and the staff of over 50 people from around the world are hard working to achieve our goal.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This page is dedicated to the production of the full length feature fan film, "Star Wars - The Forgotten". This project began on 3/27/2006 when the first ideas for the story were written in script form. From here you can read biographies of the cast & crew, brief backgrounds of the characters, see still photos of the films production progress, and eventually be able to view/download the trailer for the film.

When completed you will also be able to download the film directly from this website, as well as many other websites and torrent sites. However, we will not stream the film here. This movie is going to be nearly 90 minutes long and it has been shot and formatted in such a way that the point is to watch it on your home entertainment system, not online.

This project has been a labor or love, but sometimes it seemed like more labor than love. :) Principle filming began on May 12th, 2007 and ran every weekend from then until August 18th, 2007. I cannot express how important it was to find a dedicated cast and crew that was willing to work with such a demanding schedule. However, proper planning and time management definitely helped make things a lot easier for everyone involved.

Post production is well underway, and with the help of some very talented and professional people, we are making good progress. A release date for the film will be determined within the next 6 months and this website will be the primary source for all updates.  With that in mind, this website will be updated frequently.  So pay many visits here to see what's new!

So for now, enjoy what we have to offer regarding the film, and as always, MTFBWY.

Regards,

Douglas Mallette
